At the 3rd Anáhuac International Congress on Educational Quality (CIACE 2026) in Mexico City, Prof. Katrin Hahn-Laudenberg presented key findings from the ICCS 2022 study. The three-day international conference was held under the theme: “Educating for Peaceful Coexistence: Emotions, Adaptability, and Metacognition”.
Titled “Educating for Peaceful Coexistence: Emotions, Adaptability, and Metacognition”, the 3rd Congreso Internacional Anáhuac de Calidad Educativa (CIACE 2026) took place in Mexico City from 4 to 6 March 2026. ICCS 2027 was also represented at the three-day international conference by two keynotes. Prof. Katrin Hahn-Laudenberg (University of Münster), project lead of the German ICCS 2027 team, held a presentation titled “Features of education for, about and through democracy at school. Recognition, participation, controversy and civic topics in the classroom”. In another keynote address, Dr. Maria Magdalena Isaac, an international study co-director of ICCS 2027, spoke on the topic “Pluralism, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence: insights from ICCS on young people’s civic attitudes and engagement”.
