The scales used in ICCS 2022 and their quality criteria were published on the Research Data Centre for Education (FDZ Bildung) website at the end of April 2026.
The scale documentation relates to the instruments used in the surveys of students and teachers as part of ICCS 2022. It includes item wording, response categories and scale parameters. Furthermore, the origin, source and a citation recommendation for the scale are documented.
The publication of the scale collection contributes to the transparency and replicability of work using the ICCS 2022 scales in the spirit of Open Science, and enhances the comparability of study results based on these instruments.
