Accessibility Statement

ICCS Germany is committed to making its website at https://www.iccs-germany.org accessible. This statement documents the current level of accessibility in accordance with the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) and the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.

 

Accessibility Status

  • The website is fully navigable using a keyboard.
  • Skip links allow direct access to the main navigation and primary content.
  • All images include descriptive alternative text (alt text).
  • The website provides contrast and text size adjustment controls.
  • The semantic structure of the site (header, main content, navigation, footer) is consistently implemented.
  • The website has been tested with screen readers (VoiceOver on Mac, NVDA on Windows).
  • Currently, there are no forms, tables, audio, or video content that require accessibility features.

 

Exceptions

  • Should new multimedia content or complex documents be added in the future, these will be made accessible in accordance with WCAG standards.

 

Ongoing Improvement

  • ICCS Germany regularly reviews and updates the website’s accessibility and will continue to improve accessibility whenever content or features are updated.
  • Feedback from users with disabilities is welcome to help enhance accessibility further.
